“Building FUNctional Endurance” requires intentional conversations with your employees that give you insight into their personalities and true strengths. 

It takes time and effort, but the better you become at placing employees into areas where they are more engaged and effective, you quicker you will see the benefits - retention, improved workplace environment, etc.
