- The importance of developing other leaders on my team has been the skill I have been most focused on. With such a large number of direct reports and varying responsibilities, I have learned through this process that delegating and trusting are to my benefit. I have had the opportunity to do a similar study and mastermind program with some of my coworkers, and it has been such an exciting experience watching them grow and develop with their individual teams in my clinics.
- As much as I appreciate this amazing opportunity, I feel strongly that leaders at higher levels within the organization would benefit hugely from this program as well.
