The people I lead reflect the attitude I model; I will reflect an attitude that leads people higher in purpose, excellence, and action.
Look around you. Is your team working well together? Are they progressing in the right direction? Are they stable and committed? Are they excelling? If not, an adjustment may be needed to create the proper attitude. The attitude adjustment needs to start with you as the leader because, as the affirmation indicates, the attitudes of those who follow you are very much a reflection of yours.
